Blessings
Have you heard this new song by Laura Story, Blessings? It's a powerful reminder that God's blessings are not always sunshine and roses. Sometimes He chooses to bless us with tears and rain. Take a moment to listen if you've never heard it. I heard it at just the right moment. I needed reminded of the fact that blessings come in all shapes and sizes. God's idea of a blessing and mine are not always the same. Imagine that?!

Allison, I, too, love that song...it is particularly poignant for me right now. We lost my aunt on Monday. We had been praying for God's healing...well, healing doesn't always come in a 'physical' sense. This time, God chose to heal her by taking her home. It's a difficult pill to swallow sometimes.
Thank you for this post...it certainly came to me at the appropriate time!
